Requirements

• Complete and Pass Foundations Week
  • Attend all events
  • Participate! Participate! Participate!
• Dinner Seminars
  • All seminars are mandatory
  • Two excused absences granted
    • Prior notification is necessary unless you experience a TRUE emergency
    • Granted at the discretion of the chairs
  • All unexcused absences will be remediated
    • Written assignment (i.e. review of a disease, case report, pearls for the future, etc.)
  • Three or more unexcused absences result in a Fail.
• Electives
  • Radiology - at least three weeks of any level imaging elective
  • ICU/Critical Care - at least three weeks of any level
• Scholarship Day
  • Attendance is mandatory
  • Present a poster or oral presentation based on your abstract submission
  • Scholarship Day abstracts should be written about research conducted in years two through four.
    • PhD work falling within this time frame is acceptable
    • Continuation of STTP research is acceptable (the original work presented is NOT)
• Paper
  • Publication-worthy (or publication-ready) paper based on the Scholarship Day abstract, approximately five pages in length
