| What is the DGSOM Well-Being Program?

Small Group Component
Well-Being small groups are your opportunity to make new friends, get small group and individual advising from a facilitator, and do something fun!
Small groups are randomly chosen and assigned to at least one facilitator. Each group meets at least twice during the year, although successful groups often meet more regularly.

Monthly Activity Component
The SAO sponsors monthly wellness activities to get you out of the classroom. We invite you to join us for Coffee Breaks, Cookies with the Dean, and holiday activities. Take a break from the stressors of medical school, and get to know your Student Affairs Division!
On a monthly basis, challenges will be sent out to the school to earn well-being points. Challenges will focus on the 7 C's: career, cuisine, culture, cardiovasuclar, community, consciousness and collaboration.
