Registration

The conference is absolutely FREE to those who pre-register by January 22nd, 2003. A $10 deposit is required to reserve your place, including breakfast, lunch, and raffle ticket, and will be refunded on the day of the event after check-in. For those who register on the day of the event, a nonrefundable $5 fee will be charged.

Complete and mail the registration form below with check enclosed to the address included on the form.  For those at UCLA, the form and check may be dropped off in person at either the Office of Academic Enrichment and Outreach (CHS 13-154) or the Office of Student Affairs (CHS 12-159).  Please contact allenho@ucla.edu with any questions or concerns.

Premedical undergraduates are encouraged to sign up for a mentor, and will be paired with a UCLA or USC medical student for the day.  Medical students who volunteer as mentors are given additional raffle tickets.

Raffle prizes include comprehensive MCAT and USMLE courses from Kaplan and The Princeton Review, gift certificates from the UCLA Medical Bookstore, and contributions from stores in Westwood Village.

Out-of-town attendees are eligible to apply for reimbursement of certain travel expenses.
