Registration

The registration deadline has been extended to Thursday, September 16, 2004. You may register online or via snail mail. A $10 early registration mail-in deposit is required for both online and mail-in registrants. Please make the check payable to UCLA APAMSA. Your check will be returned to you at the conference when you check-in, thus the conference is free.

You may also register the morning of the conference; however, there will be a non-refundable $5 registration fee.

*Registrants from USC can drop off their checks in the Minority Health Conference envelope at the Office of Diversity, McKibben Hall 51-C. Registrants from UCLA can drop off their checks in the Minority Health Conference envelope at the Student Affairs Office located in the Center for Health Sciences room 12-159.
