The 10th National AMSA ARC/UCD Pre-Medical and Pre-Health Professions Conference provides community-college, university, post-bac, and high school students, parents, and counselors with the information and skills necessary to succeed in the medical and health-professions school admission process. It provides a unique opportunity for direct contact with deans of admission, admission officers, financial aid officers, faculty, and staff from those institutions.

The AAMC’s Diversity Policy and Programs hosts an annual career fair for students interested in careers in medicine or biomedical research. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet diversity affairs, admissions directors and/or administrators from U.S. medical schools along with other health professions schools. This conference is coordinated by the Stanford University Minority Medical Alliance with a mission to increase diversity in the health professions to better care for underserved communities. They do this by offering workshops on applying to medical School, MCAT preparation, interview process and many more.
