- Post Event on Electronic Student Calendar
- Must be posted one week in advance if you wish to order food.
- Food order will not be processed if event conflicts with another group who has already place a food order without special permission from the SAO
- Calendar can be found at http://www.medstudent.ucla.edu/applications/calendar/.
- Log into the calendar using your TLC/IMF username/password.
- Check Funding Status
- All student organizations and Special Interests groups are budgeted for ONE Student Affairs Sponsored lunch. Please check to make sure your group has not already received funding.
