UCLA Extension

“How to Become a Successful Medical School Applicant”

This course is offered through the UCLA Extension. All students are welcome to enroll. The focus of this course is on the application process, writing personal statements, interviewing, improving grade point averages and learning how to think like a medical school admissions committee member. Students will learn how to evaluate themselves for application to medical school. All participants will get individual counseling to help them achieve their goal. The course also offers guest speakers and a medical student panel.
